These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of hugoifier.ai ("Service"), operated by ConflictHQ ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

hugoifier is an AI-powered conversion tool that converts websites and HTML themes into production-ready Hugo static sites. The Service pushes the resulting code to a GitHub repository you own and, optionally, deploys it via GitHub Actions or Cloudflare Pages.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws.

3. Account

Accounts are created using GitHub OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your GitHub account and all activity that occurs under your hugoifier account. Notify us immediately at support@hugoifier.ai of any unauthorized use.

4. Credits and Payments

• The Service operates on a prepaid credit model. Credits are purchased in denominations of $25, $50, $100, $250, or $500 USD via Stripe.
• All sales are final. Credits are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for unused balances.
• Credit pricing reflects the cost tier of each conversion job (determined by site size). The exact price is shown to you before you submit a job.
• If a job fails due to a technical error on our side, the credits deducted for that job will be refunded to your account balance.
• Credits have no cash value and may not be transferred between accounts.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to convert content that:

• Infringes any third-party copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
• Contains malware, spam, or other malicious content
• Violates any applicable law or regulation
• Constitutes harassment, hate speech, or threats of violence

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership of the content you submit and the output files generated. We do not claim any rights to your source content or the converted Hugo sites we produce for you.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the output will be error-free, that the Service will be uninterrupted, or that any particular result will be achieved.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ConflictHQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the website.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
